The room was pretty noisy and cramped, squeezed between the laundry and pool. The AC didn't even work, so it felt like an oven in there. Just wish it was cleaner overall.

However, the front desk staff could have been friendlier. I felt a bit brushed off at check-in, which put a little damper on my arrival. Another issue was that the hot tub had only one working jet, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations, but a more welcoming front desk experience and a fully functional hot tub would certainly enhance the visit further.

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the friendly staff. The breakfast options were diverse, especially the delicious waffles! It was just a good match for a break on our long journey in Rexburg with great value for money. The pool was very warm and clean, which the kids really loved. Just be aware that the parking lot can be a bit icy during winter.
